If you are a bit handy, you can assemble your Wooden House yourself. The whole building or part of it. In this way the costs are even lower. After the final plans have been drawn by the engineers in Finland, all log beams and uprights are cut to size and milled.
Everything is packaged watertight and delivered to the construction site. Every beam is labeled. Clear plans are included so you can see where each beam should come. Not much is needed in the way of tools, just a solid hammer and a cordless drill.
